Done-for-you email campaigns · Glasgow & the UK

Turn the enquiries you already get into paying clients.

Most prospects don't buy the first time they ask. We build the email campaigns that follow up every enquiry, win them over and bring past customers back to buy again. Once they're running, every sale they bring in costs you no extra time or ad spend.

The problem

Your customer list is the most valuable thing you're not using.

Every business has one: years of customers, enquiries and quotes sitting in a spreadsheet or a booking system. Most of them never hear from you again.

Not because you don't care, but because writing emails is the job that always gets pushed to next week. Meanwhile, the business you've already earned slowly walks away.

"We keep meaning to send a newsletter."
"Our last email went out in 2023."
"Customers say they forgot we did that."
What we do

Everything handled. You approve, we send.

A complete email system, not just a newsletter, built and run for you.

01 / Newsletter

Every two weeks

Useful, local, readable emails written in your voice. Often enough to stay remembered, not so often you're a nuisance.

02 / Sequences

Always-on follow-ups

Automated emails for new customers, enquiries, reviews, referrals and lapsed customers, running in the background all year.

03 / Your voice

Sounds like you

A ten-minute voice note each month becomes emails that sound like you on a good day. People open emails from people they know.

04 / Segments

The right email to the right person

What people click tells us what they care about, so they get follow-ups that match. Irrelevant email is the second biggest reason people unsubscribe.

05 / Clean-up

Wake up your old list

We tidy your list, remove dead addresses and carefully re-engage customers who've gone quiet.

06 / Delivery

Lands in the inbox

We set up the technical side so emails reach inboxes, not spam, and stay within UK email rules.

The customer journey

The right email at the right moment.

Two sequences run in the background once they're set up. One turns enquiries into sales. The other turns new customers into repeat buyers and referrals.

Day 10

Day 14

The offer

A clear reason to book, buy or say yes now.

2. Welcome sequence

Customers who come back
Day 0

Welcome

A warm hello and what to expect.

Day 7

Check-in

Making sure everything went well.

Day 14

Review

A friendly ask while they're happy.

Day 60

Referral

A nudge to pass your name on.

Yearly

Reminder

Renewals, rebookings or reviews.

Day 365

Win-back

Reaching those who drifted.

£1 per subscriber, every month.

That's roughly what a well-nurtured list earns. A list of 3,000 subscribers should bring in about £3,000 a month, without a penny of ad spend.

    Quick chat

Twenty minutes to understand your business and your customers.

  2. Week 1

    Kick-off

You share your customer list and record your first voice note. That's your homework done.

  3. Week 2

    We build

We clean your list, set up sending and write your first newsletter and follow-ups.

  4. Every month

    You approve

Voice note in, emails out. You see everything before it sends.

Reporting

We report what matters, not vanity numbers.

Questions

Things people ask.

How much of my time does this take?

About ten minutes a month for your voice note, plus a quick look at drafts before they go out. We do the rest.

Will the emails really sound like me?

That's the point of the voice note. We write from what you actually say, the way you say it, and you approve everything before it sends.

Won't more email annoy my customers?

Too many emails is the top reason people unsubscribe, followed by irrelevant ones. That's why we send a newsletter every two weeks, not every day, and match follow-ups to what each customer cares about.

Is it allowed to email my customers?

Under UK rules you can usually email existing customers about similar services, as long as they can opt out easily. We check what your list allows and handle unsubscribes properly. Anyone who hasn't agreed to hear from you won't be emailed.

Which email software do you use?

If you already have one, we can work with it. If not, we set one up for you. Either way, your customer list stays yours.

What if it doesn't work for us?

Then you leave. It's month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No contract, no penalties.

Next step

Let's talk about your customer list.

Twenty minutes, no pitch deck. We'll tell you honestly whether email can make a difference for your business.
